Based on customer needs, such as demands and delivery service requirements for their products and materials, Kitron offers integrated operations, warehousing, and transportation services. As an example, if we have a 3PL solution with a customer, we ship finalized products to the rented area in our factory. After that, the customer-owned products are picked up in their 3PL warehouse, packed, and sent to their end customer.
Along with manufacturing and assembly, we warehouse, cross dock, break bulk, and consolidate orders in transit to meet our customers' needs. We are experienced in managing inventory, ensuring on-time deliveries, and providing flexible logistics solutions.
Also, we manage the logistics flow to give customers a cost-effective advantage by meeting logistics timelines, factoring in safety margins, and reducing inventory costs.
