While the Corona pandemic is still a challenge around the world, Kitron‘s manufacturing
facilities are fully operational.

The technical services department is also up and running. We are ready to fulfil our
commitments to customers.

From all of us at Kitron to our customers, suppliers and other business partners: thank you
for once again proving, that working together is the way forward.

21 DECEMBER 2020

The second wave of the Corona pandemic is still a significant challenge for the world.

We, at Kitron, continue to do our very best to serve our customers, ensure our employees' safety, and prepare for whatever might come our way.

Currently, all our manufacturing sites are fully operational and ready to provide our complete range of services.

Over the next weeks, we will be focusing on addressing, together with our customers and supply partners, the challenges posed by electronic components availability and logistics in Asia prior and during to the upcoming Chinese New Year.

We want to thank everyone for their support and trust. Let's keep moving forward, as we have been doing since the pandemic started!

16 NOVEMBER 2020

The second wave of the Corona pandemic is hitting the world in force these days. However, all our manufacturing sites are fully operational and following all the recommended precautions, and our technical services are available as usual.

We had some challenges, but we were able to overcome them by collaborating and putting mitigating measures in place.

We continue to fulfill our commitments to customers and ensure a safe working environment for our employees – these are our key priorities.

23 SEPTEMBER 2020

While the Corona pandemic is still a major challenge around the world, Kitron’s operations are running largely as normal, and now we have decided to gradually allow customer visits to our factories, which we cancelled in March. Visits will be selective and carried out in a manner that minimizes the risk of exposure to the virus.

Otherwise, the situation is more or less unchanged: all our facilities are fully operational, and ensuring a safe working environment and fulfilling our commitments to customers remain our key priorities.

3 SEPTEMBER 2020

The impact of the Corona pandemic is still affecting all of us around the globe.

Nevertheless, we can consider the situation quite stable – all our facilities are fully operational, our technical services are available as usual and most of our suppliers are on track.

We continue taking the necessary precautions to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and to timely fulfill our commitments to our customers. These were and remain our key priorities.

Let’s all keep moving forward as we have been doing from the very start of this challenge!

25 MAY 2020 UPDATE

We, at Kitron, are moving ahead during this challenging period.

All our facilities are running normally with the necessary precautions, and we are happy to report that so far, there hasn’t been any major disruption or delay in deliveries to our customers.

All technical services, including design, test development, electronic engineering are available as usual. Visitors are still not allowed to access Kitron facilities.

We would like to thank all of our customers, business partners and suppliers for their support and for being extremely diligent while facing these challenging times – working together is the way forward.

17 APRIL 2020 UPDATE

As Corona pandemic progresses throughout the world, we at Kitron continue to do our very best to serve our customers and plan and prepare for whatever challenges come our way.

At the moment, all our manufacturing sites are fully operational following all recommended precautions. The measures we put in place have so far prevented any negative impact on our capacity to deliver the products to the customers.

Overall demand continues to be strong and stable, and we see a particularly rapid increase within the medical sector customers. Several of our sites are officially considered critical infrastructure to national security, and we are expected to maintain production and deliveries despite external disturbances.

We have not observed any major disruption in our supply chain. And at the same time, we are closely monitoring our suppliers in critical areas and actively working with alternates when necessary.

23 MARCH 2020 UPDATE

Kitron is taking all the appropriate steps to avoid spreading the COVID-19 virus and minimizing the effect on Kitron as a company, employees, customers and business partners, but also to society and those most vulnerable to the coronavirus. This includes following international and national advice from health organisations and authorities, in addition to a number of internal actions and policies.

In order to minimize exposure to staff at our factories, all employees that can do their work from home are doing so. Visitors will not be allowed to access Kitron facilities. And finally, any employee who does not feel well is to stay at home, get well, and avoid interacting with other people.

Currently our facilities are operating as normal and so far we have no major disruption with regards to suppliers or customers.

We have a number contingency plans in place in preparation for what we expect to be a volatile situation. Special focus is placed on increasing production for products used in diagnosing and treating Covid-19 related illnesses.

From all of us at Kitron to our customers, suppliers and other business partners: Stay safe, and stay in touch!
